BRANES is a creative studio in Costa Rica. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or send us a request, what we use it for, and how to ask us to change or delete it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- When you send a request: your name, email, WhatsApp (optional), your business name, what you want to move first, your note, the layers you picked, your region and language.
- To stop spam, the approximate address of your connection (IP) when you send a request. We keep it for 2 days and only use it to limit repeated submissions.
- Visits: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country, device) through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
- In your own browser: your language and the layers in your cart, so the site remembers them. This stays on your device.
What we use it for
- To reply to you and send you the exact quote and proposal, by email or WhatsApp.
- To work on your project if we work together.
- Nothing else: we don't sell or rent your data, and we don't send advertising.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored in our private workspace (hosted by Supabase), which only the BRANES team can access. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both are service providers that process the data on our behalf.
How long
While we're in conversation or working together, and up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Write to us on Instagram @branes.studio or reply to any message we've sent you. We answer within 5 business days.
